  WARNING: WORST TAX AGENT IN TOWN.
  This was the most disappointing tax experience I've ever had. I can't believe how rude and abrupt they were with me. The minute I entered the office they didn't want my business because they are lazy and unprofessional. They had the cheek to tell me 10 minutes into the consultation that it's going to end now because I couldn't locate 1 receipt. I'm self employed and put trust in a professional to do their job and educate me as well as maximising my return and instead they put it in the too hard basket and told me to leave.
  
  Don't waste your time or money on these jerks who don't know what they are doing. Worst customer experience. I'm so angry and disappointed.
